When I started this blog it wasn't my intention to paint a picture every day, I only meant to paint every day. But so far...every week day for over two whole weeks now, I have created something new! 
I think I am making great improvements. This portrait is my favourite painting so far.
As always, the photography doesn't do it credit. The fact that the paint is still wet doesn't help. The photo has captured the warm tones but there are also layers of cool tones which don't show.

Original Oil  Painting  on Oil Paper 20x16 inches. I re-visited this painting as I didn't like the original at all...not a single bit.  I asked my sister to help point out where I'd gone wrong. She said to let it go as the painting simply wasn't my style.  She then decided it would look better with a spaceship  and stuck one on. Then added a tiny cow caught in a death ray. Now I love it 😂
